3,600-Ton Water Storage Tank & Process Piping Fabrication — Hadeed Pakistan

Project Scope & Details

MHN Engineering fabricated and erected a 3,600-ton raw water storage tank for Hadeed Pakistan, along with the process piping network that feeds the plant. The tank was built on site from steel plate, with full weld inspection and hydrostatic testing before handover.

The piping scope included raw water, steam condensate and RO feed-water lines, plus hydrogen gas and HCL acid storage connections. Each line was routed, welded and tested to suit the specific service and pressure it carries.

The finished system provides Hadeed with reliable bulk water storage and a clean, leak-tight process piping backbone for continuous plant operation.
