Compactor & Stenter Machine Installation with Utility Piping — Style Textiles

Project Scope & Details

MHN Engineering carried out the mechanical and electrical installation of compactor, stenter and Theis dyeing machines for Style Textiles, tying each unit into the mill’s utility network. The work brought new finishing capacity online with minimal disruption to running lines.

The scope included a utility piping rack for the main production line and the routing of thermal oil and compressed water services to each machine. Piping was fabricated, welded and pressure tested, and the machines were levelled, aligned and connected to power.

Complete electrical wiring and control connections were finished on site, delivering a set of fully commissioned, production-ready finishing machines.
