Project Scope & Details

MHN Engineering built the utility piping bridges and process piping that link the denim mill services at Sapphire Fibers. The overhead bridges carry steam, water and chemical lines across the plant, keeping the ground level clear for production and traffic.

The scope also covered fabrication and erection of caustic pigment and water storage tanks, along with the sizing and sanforizing machine process piping. Tanks were built to suit aggressive caustic service and connected with corrosion-resistant piping.

The completed utility network gives the denim division a robust, organised distribution system for all its process fluids.
