Our Tank & Vessel Fabrication Process
Fabrication begins with detailed shop drawings based on your capacity, pressure, and material requirements. Plate cutting and rolling is done to precise tolerances, followed by certified welding of shell seams, heads, and nozzles. Every pressure vessel is designed and fabricated in line with ASME code requirements for the applicable service.
Before delivery, tanks and vessels undergo hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5x design pressure, along with NDT inspection of critical welds. For large-capacity tanks like our 3,600-ton raw water installation, fabrication and erection is often completed on-site due to transport size limitations.

Material Selection
