Project Scope & Details
MHN Engineering installed and commissioned a 25 tons-per-hour hybrid steam boiler for Shahkam Industries, giving the plant a large, flexible steam source able to run on more than one fuel. The unit was erected, piped and tied into the existing utility headers.
The scope covered flue gas ducting and chimney fabrication, refractory lining, and the steel structure, railings and walkways around the boiler. Storage tanks and vessels supporting the boiler system were fabricated and connected on site.
After pressure testing and full commissioning, the boiler was handed over as a reliable, high-capacity steam plant ready for continuous production.
