Project Scope & Details
MHN Engineering built a generator heat recovery hot water system for Sarena Textile Industries, capturing waste heat from the plant generators and delivering it to the process as hot water. The system turns energy that would be lost through the exhaust into a useful utility.
The scope included a 4-inch industrial hot water pipeline, a heavy-duty water pump station and the piping that connects directly to the generator heat recovery units. All lines were fabricated, welded and insulated, and the pump station was installed and calibrated.
The completed infrastructure improves the plant’s overall energy efficiency and supplies reliable hot water for production use.
