Project Scope & Details
MHN Engineering delivered a high-capacity boiler package combining a triplex waste heat boiler with a 20 tons-per-hour steam boiler, sized to meet the heavy steam demand of a continuous production plant. The scope covered erection, piping and the structural framework that supports the boiler house.
A key part of the job was the replacement of the Basuki boiler bed tubes and the overhaul of the heat exchanger, restoring the unit to full rated output. Our welders carried out precision tube work and pressure testing before recommissioning.
The completed installation gives the client a dependable, high-output steam supply with improved thermal performance and reduced downtime.
