10 TPH Waste Heat Recovery Boiler Installation — Style Textiles Phase 3

Project Scope & Details
MHN Engineering installed a 10 tons-per-hour waste heat recovery boiler for the Phase 3 expansion at Style Textiles, converting hot flue gases from the plant into usable process steam. The system was integrated into the existing utility network so the mill could recover energy that would otherwise be lost.
Our team handled the complete mechanical package, including boiler erection, thermal oil and steam header connections, feed-water piping and the structural steel supports that carry the unit. Every welded joint was inspected and the pressure parts were tested before the boiler was brought online.
The installation was commissioned with full performance checks, giving the plant a reliable steam source that improves fuel efficiency and cuts operating cost across the production floor.
