Steam Thermal Oil Piping Faisalabad Services
MHN Engineers designs and installs steam and thermal oil process piping systems for textile mills and industrial plants across Faisalabad and Punjab. Our turnkey execution covers everything from raw water and hot water piping to compactor, stenter, and dyeing machine connections.
Our Process Piping Services
- Steam Distribution Piping – High-pressure steam networks engineered to ASME B31.3 standards
- Thermal Oil Systems – Closed-loop thermal oil heating for dyeing, stentering, and finishing lines
- Condensate Recovery – Piping systems that recover and reuse steam condensate to cut fuel costs
- Pipe Bridges & Racking – Elevated piping bridges connecting utility areas across plant facilities
- Hydrostatic Testing – Pressure testing and NDT inspection on every weld before commissioning
Industries We Serve
Our thermal piping expertise supports textile dyeing and finishing units, chemical processing plants, and food and beverage manufacturers across Lahore, Faisalabad, and Sheikhupura.
Why Choose MHN Engineers
Every joint is welded to AWS standards and pressure tested before handover. With 18+ years of experience and 50+ completed projects, our engineers understand the specific demands of high-temperature industrial piping.

Our Steam & Thermal Oil Piping Process
We begin every process piping project with a detailed site survey and hydraulic calculation to determine correct pipe sizing, insulation thickness, and expansion joint placement. Our engineers review your existing utility layout to route new piping with minimal disruption to ongoing production. Fabrication is carried out off-site where possible, with final welding and erection done on your premises by AWS-certified welders.
Once piping is installed, we conduct hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5x working pressure, followed by insulation and cladding of hot lines to prevent heat loss and protect personnel. Every weld is logged and, where required, submitted for NDT (non-destructive testing) before the line is put into service.
Why Correct Thermal Piping Design Matters
Undersized steam or thermal oil lines cause pressure drop and inconsistent process temperatures, directly affecting product quality in dyeing and finishing operations. Poor insulation wastes fuel and creates burn hazards for workers. We design every system to match your actual thermal load, so you get consistent process performance without oversized capital costs.
Ongoing Support
After commissioning, our team remains available for periodic inspection, insulation repair, and condensate system servicing. Many of our textile clients keep us on an annual maintenance contract to catch leaks and insulation wear before they become production issues.
